You're purchasing one all-in-one grow bag, sterilized whole oats in our proprietary broth and allowed to sit to activate endospores, the substrate is our custom blend of cow manure, straw, vermiculite, perlite, gypsum. It is all loaded in the bags then sterilized for 2 hours at 20 psi in an autoclave then allowed to cool for 12 hours undisturbed. The bags are pre-sealed to guarantee sterilidity, no fumbling around under a flow Hood to seal them post sterilization. We have tested these bags thoroughly and they function well for us please feel free to contact us with any questions on how to utilize them. if you'd like you can pre-make your own self-healing injection Port by picking up some silicone putting a small blob and covering it with packing tape shaping it like a coin preferably 16th of an inch thick, most people just put Scotch tape.
