Allen-Bradley 1783-ETAP allows devices that do not support embedded switch technology to connect to a Linear or a DLR network. Each tap uses a Device Port on the front of the tap to connect to devices that do not support the embedded switch technology to connect to linear or DLR networks. The 1783-ETAP taps have Two Network Ports to connect to Linear or DLR networks.
