WILTON SUGAR WRITER Sanding Sugar Pen Write Draw Decorate 415-1263

Description

This is a Wilton Sugar Writer.  It is #415-1263, dated 2016.  I don't know much about this.  It looks new but it also has tape opened on the back.  The others I have seen contain the writer and the little brush but this has another raised space.  I do not know if something has been removed.  It also says that the batteries are included.  I have no idea if they are still in there or if they have leaked.  So I do not know if this will work.  This looks like a neat decorating piece to add to your collection of decorating items.  This is being sold AS IS with No warranty implied or stated.
UPDATE -- I was holding this while I was putting something else away in a bag and the packaging popped open because as I stated before 1 side is not taped.  So I pulled it out and looked at it.  It has NOT been used, the instructions are up inside of it where the bottom white area goes into the blue.  I also opened the battery area and there is a little tab you have to remove so the battery will make a connection.  That tab is still there and I did not pull it.  I don't know what the battery size is but it looks like a small round hearing aid battery might be the size.  I will take pictures of all this the next time I get the camera out and charge it.  It is still being sold AS IS because I am choosing not to pull that battery tab and test it.
